Tom Keefe, President & CEO
Representing the third generation of family ownership and leadership, Tom previously worked with The Corcoran Group of New York, the renowned real estate brokerage led by international real estate expert, Barbara Corcoran. Tom is now focused on guiding the company vision, directing marketing efforts, acting as Editor-in-Chief of Lake & Country Magazine, and serving on the Keefe Kares board. Tom lives in Fontana with his wife, Kat is a member of Rotary, and enjoys spending time on the lakes and golf courses of Southeastern Wisconsin.

Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for all aspects of the company's finances, with additional oversight of human resources. In this role, he sits on the board of 501(c) (3) Keefe Kares Foundation, which in 2015, its second year of existence, raised over $58,000 for more than 30 local charities in core community need areas. Pederson succeeds longtime CFO Dennis Carnes, whose financial acumen helped Keefe achieve notable financial strength and stability. Carnes remains active with Keefe in a staff advisory role and on the Board of Directors.
VP of Broker Operations
In charge of overall sales, training, and technology. A highly-regarded veteran manager, local market expert, motivational speaker, and trainer, Chris has served on the company's leadership team as Managing Broker since 2009. DeVincentis is responsible for the company's training curriculum, as well as the brokerage's on-site IT professionals and administrative staff.
Director of Vacation Rentals
An experienced property manager who started his career as a real estate agent at prestigious Slifer, Smith, & Frampton in Vail, CO, before joining Keefe, Garner worked 6 years for Sudler Property Management in Chicago as a portfolio manager. Garner is responsible for all short-term and vacation rentals, a quickly growing industry and new segment to the tourism economy.

When Michael is not putting his heart and soul into his work you may find him sailing away Lake Geneva summers on his A-Scow or skiing the mountains of Colorado."

A University of Wisconsin-Whitewater graduate, Dennis Carnes attained the status of Certified Public Accountant in 1970 and has been a member of the Wisconsin Society of Certified Public Accountants for 46 years. Dennis is a Wisconsin native with a robust history in accounting & finance from his three years at Ernst & Young and a 22 year global executive position at Ajay Sports. After joining the Keefe team in 1994, Dennis successfully expanded joint ventures, developed financial strategies and processes, as well as management of banking relations and the accounting department. Dennis is a founding member of the Keefe Kares Organization, is a past President and current member of the Board of Walworth County United Way, and works with Michael Keefe on commercial real estate ventures. Dennis enjoys spending time with his wife and family, planting and harvesting over 1500 acres of farmland yearly, and spending winters in Arizona.
Chairman of the Board
Since 1970, Steve Beers has worked with Michael Keefe to build Keefe's real estate brokerage to what it is today. Beers began his career at Keefe as an award-winning agent and has served as President, and then CEO, since 1997. Widely respected as a leading expert in Wisconsin real estate policies and procedures, Beers is currently the incoming Treasurer at the Wisconsin Realtors Association, where he has served in a variety of executive capacities. He was appointed to serve on the Wisconsin Real Estate Examining Board by Governor Doyle and was reappointed by Governor Walker, completing a 10-year tenure, the last 5 years in which he was Chairman. Locally, Steve is on the Board of Directors of the Geneva Lake Water Safety Patrol, Chairman of the Village of Fontana Board of Review, and the Fontana Lakefront and Harbor Committee. He is proud to call the beautiful area of Fontana home.
